Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actress. His acting career started with TV roles, including Opposite Sext, which he portrayed in 2000. Evans became famous as his character, the Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 film Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans was also featured in film adaptations based on comic books, such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). He gained wider recognition for his portrayal of Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). His role in the Marvel series made him one of the highest paid actors.
